Hiver offers a variety of air-cooled screw chillers for a wide range of cooling capacities from 30 tons to 400 tons comfort and process cooling applications with 20 deg.C to minus 10 degC temperature, medium GWP HFCs R134a refrigerant options.

Our compressor technology is direct drive, low speed (3600 rpm) with only one rotating parts for high reliability and efficiency. Optimized compressor parts profiles are designed specifically for chilled water & brine applications to optimize full and part-load efficiency. Our 'H Smart' fully automatic PLC Controller provides greater reliability through a proactive control strategy, safety functions with simple diagnostics and easy interface with any building automation / energy management using RS485 or Ethernet / LAN connectivity. Hiver air-cooled screw chillers are the right choice for right temperature control in virtually any application.

These chillers comprise of DX or Flooded Evaporator, air-cooled condenser with fan, electronic expansion valve and multiple semi-hermetic screw compressors with VFD options. Electronic expansion valves are used to maintain precise flow of refrigerant to evaporator under both full load and part load operation of compressor. Exv can close positively and stop any liquid flood back to compressor.
