These chillers comprise of DX or Flooded Evaporator, shell & tube condenser, electronic expansion valve and multiple semi-hermetic screw compressors with VFD & Cascade system options.
Electronic expansion valves are used to maintain precise flow of refrigerant to evaporator under both full load and part load operation of compressor. Exv can close positively and stop any liquid flood back to compressor.
Methanol being flammable so that we are always provides chiller in two separator skids, with the refrigeration skid being installed in the safe area and evaporator is installed remotely in a separate skid, and all the instruments on this skid is of flameproof design.
